David Sheldon

As our full-time campus pastor, David offers a deeply rooted mix of theological depth, practical ministry experience, and relational leadership. He holds advanced degrees from Calvin Theological Seminary and Western Theological Seminary, where he focused on theology, ethics, and American religious history.

Julie Ruark

With 37 years of experience doing ministry with college students, including 12 years working with graduate students Julie is our most experienced campus pastor.

Julie loves creating and providing ministry resources on the collegiate level. She also enjoys puzzles and mystery novels.

Dave Ruark

Dave Ruark is a part time campus pastor with Campus Edge. He is passionate about studying scripture and exploring the intersection between faith, life and work and wrestling with what the Bible’s teachings mean for us today in a changing context.

When Dave has time off he enjoys hiking, biking, and sailing. He also loves helping people have important conversations about God and life, and he will never pass up an opportunity to to talk about theology over a good pint or well-poured cup of coffee.
