Pub Theology

Pub theology is an opportunity to ask difficult questions and have open and honest conversations about things that matter, including and especially religion and spirituality. All perspectives are welcomed and encouraged; everyone has the opportunity to share his or her thoughts, as well as learn from the others present. Follow us on Facebook to get regular updates about the weekly questions.

What does Pub Theology look like?

We meet at the Peanut Barrel in downtown East Lansing (521 E Grand River Ave, East Lansing, MI 48823). Each week we start at 8:00 p.m., beginning with an opening question around 8:15, the group is presented with a list of questions that provides a start to a conversation to a specific topic, and the discussion finishes by 10 p.m. See this link for an example of a recent pub theology discussions.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to speak and share their opinions.
